Yes — equipment you pick up from our warehouse yourself carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. Who This Policy Covers

This policy explains what Discount Online Fitness LLC ("DOF", "we", "us") does with information about you when you visit discountonlinefitness.com or ask us to quote pre-owned commercial fitness equipment. We sell cardio, strength, and accessory equipment that has been inspected and condition-graded — we are not a gym, a training provider, and we do not collect fitness or health information about you.

You cannot buy anything directly on this site. Every purchase runs through a quote: you send us a request, a person prices it, and payment is arranged with that person outside this website. We take no payment details here at any point.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. The Request a Quote, Contact, and Dealer Program forms on this site collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery ZIP or business information, and your message. These forms are processed by our own server (a Cloudflare Worker) and emailed directly to our sales team — no third party hosts or stores this form data on our behalf.

Information you give us by phone or email. If you call, email, or text us, we keep what you send — your contact details and the substance of the conversation — so your quote or order has a record behind it.

Technical information. Our host (Cloudflare) records ordinary web server information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages requested, used to keep the site running and secure.

Analytics information. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, how long people stay, approximate location by city or region, device and browser, and how you reached us. This is collected through cookies and similar identifiers and is not linked to your name unless you separately send us a quote or contact request.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect health or medical information, dates of birth, or government identification numbers. We do not take card or bank details through this website at any point — there is no checkout here, and payment for an accepted quote is arranged directly with our sales team. We do not require an account to request a quote.

How We Use Your Information

We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, confirm trade-in details, arrange delivery or pickup, administer warranty coverage, invoice you, and follow up on a quote or order. We also use it to meet our own legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

We use analytics information to understand how the site is found and used — which pages people read, which products they look for, and which sources bring them here — so we can improve it. Where we advertise, this information may also be used to measure whether an advertisement led to an inquiry, and to show our advertisements to people who have previously visited this site. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and Tracking

This website uses Google Analytics. It sets cookies and similar identifiers that record how you arrived at the site, which pages you viewed, and whether you completed a quote or contact request. Google processes that information as described in its own privacy policy, and we do not receive your name or contact details through it. How to opt out. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics measurement across all sites. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it.

We share it only where the work requires it: with our hosting provider (Cloudflare), which serves this site and delivers form submissions to our sales team by email; with Google, for analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement; with our sister companies Fit Supply and On Site Fitness Service when a request involves installation, flooring, or service work they perform; and with our accountants, insurers, and professional advisers. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

Quotes, orders, and warranty records are kept for as long as we need them to support the equipment's warranty and service history and to meet tax, accounting, and insurance requirements. Inquiries that do not turn into an order are kept for a limited period and then removed.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to prepare your quote or order. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not hold payment card data on this website.

Your Choices and Your Rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you for marketing at any time. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. Children

This site is aimed at equipment buyers, dealers, and facility operators, not children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
