What a complete gym package actually contains
A package is a floor bought as one decision instead of fifteen: the cardio row, the strength, the free-weight corner and the flooring under it, planned together against the room, quoted as one number, delivered in one coordinated run and installed by one crew. It is how gyms, apartment communities and corporate wellness rooms buy from us when there is a space to finish and a date to finish it by.
This page shows what goes into one at three real room sizes, the ready-made circuits we sell as single packages, the live inventory each zone draws from, and the process from "here is the room" to a finished floor. Every machine in a package carries its own condition tier and warranty; the package just makes the buying, the freight and the install one job.
Design
The anatomy of a well-built package
A package is planned in zones, and the zones are sized to the room before any model is chosen.
The cardio row
Sized by the room and the users: treadmills first, then an elliptical, a bike (recumbent where the users skew older), a rower or stair climber where the floor and ceiling allow. Variety before duplication in an amenity room; matched banks in a club. Each treadmill gets its own dedicated 120 V 20 A circuit.
The strength core
Selectorized stations in circuit order for unstaffed rooms — a functional trainer, a pulldown/row, a press, a leg station — or a complete matched circuit. Plate-loaded lines, racks and Smith machines join in staffed floors. We sell three complete manufacturer circuits as single packages.
The free-weight corner
A two-tier dumbbell rack with a full run, adjustable benches, kettlebells and plate storage. Solid metal is sold as-is and is where a package saves the most against new, because there is nothing to service and no reason to pay for it.
Under and around it
Rubber flooring by zone (8 mm under cardio, 3/8–1/2 in under free weights), mirrors on the strength wall, and where a project needs them, recovery, outdoor and group-room pieces through our sister companies. Flooring is always in the package sequence before the machines.
One tier decision per machine
Serviced where it saves you money — plate-loaded, racks, back-of-floor strength — and Remanufactured where the finish is the amenity: front-row cardio, the functional trainer, anything on the tour route. New accessories where used has no advantage. Each machine keeps its own warranty (30 days Cleaned & Serviced, 90 days Remanufactured, parts and labor).
One freight run, one install
The whole package ships together, freight quoted to the real destination and access, and installation and old-equipment extraction happen on the same visit. The alternative — five orders, five delivery windows and a floor that sits half-done for months — is how budgets die.

The amenity package
800–1,500 sq ft · apartment, HOA, hotel, corporate wellness
An unstaffed room that has to look like a gym on the tour and survive residents or employees every day.
- Two or three treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, a rower
- Functional trainer plus two or three selectorized stations
- Dumbbell run to 50 lb, two adjustable benches, kettlebells
- Rubber flooring throughout, mirror wall behind the weights
Condition tier: Remanufactured front row, Cleaned & Serviced strength, as-is free weights.
The studio package
1,500–2,500 sq ft · training studio, martial-arts or boutique floor
Supervised training with a program — versatility per square foot matters more than duplication.
- Cardio: a treadmill, a bike or air bike, a rower
- A functional trainer, a rack with bench and bar, one or two dense selectorized stations
- Full dumbbell run, kettlebells, plates, sled and turf where the floor allows
- Thick rubber in the lifting zone, 8 mm under the cardio
Condition tier: Cleaned & Serviced almost throughout — supervised use, and the savings go into more equipment. The Plano martial-arts floor is this package at the larger end: six cardio machines, a ten-station circuit and a free-weight zone in one order.
The club floor package
3,000+ sq ft · a full membership floor
A new opening or a whole-floor refresh where the build-out and the marketing need the money the equipment would otherwise take.
- A matched cardio bank on dedicated circuits
- A complete selectorized circuit, ten or more stations in flow order
- A plate-loaded line and a free-weight zone with racks and a Smith machine
- Flooring by zone, group-room and recovery pieces as needed
Condition tier: Remanufactured on the cardio bank and the circuit, Cleaned & Serviced on plate-loaded and racks — mixed by zone, sourced in matched runs through the Dealer Program.

Every package is assembled from what is physically racked in our DFW Airport warehouse. These are current in-stock pieces at their lowest available tier, before freight; the ready-made circuits are complete matched lines priced as one item.
Ready-made circuits
Complete matched strength circuits from a single manufacturer, sold as one package — the fastest route to a finished strength floor. Where a circuit is a station short, we complete it with new equipment rather than leave a gap.
Cardio for the row

Five freight bills for one room
Every separate order carries its own freight quote and delivery window. One run is cheaper and the room opens finished.
A floor that does not flow
Machines bought one at a time end up where they fit, not where they belong. A package is planned in zones against the room first.
Paying Remanufactured money everywhere
A per-machine tier decision puts the finish budget where people look and the savings where they do not.
The one missing station
A nine-station circuit is not a circuit. We complete it with new equipment rather than deliver a hole.
Flooring after the fact
Retrofitting rubber under a placed floor is a second install. It is in the package sequence before the machines.

Shipped nationwide from Texas
Packages ship anywhere in the country from our Dallas–Fort Worth warehouse (Irving, TX), freight-quoted to your real ZIP and delivery type. Financing is available for qualified larger purchases — ask early in the quote so it can shape the package — and dealers buying in volume get their own pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for a standard quote. Our Dealer Program is built specifically for volume buyers — gyms, resellers and facilities buying multiple units get a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals.
What's the difference between Cleaned & Serviced and Remanufactured?
Cleaned & Serviced means the machine is deep-cleaned and its moving and wear components are inspected, lubricated, or replaced as needed. Cosmetic condition is not addressed — no repainting or touch-up is included, so expect honest blemishes, wear, and scratches. Remanufactured means the machine is repainted, worn components are replaced with new parts, and it is made mechanically sound — our highest condition standard, though still pre-owned equipment. Both tiers go through the same written 20-point inspection by our own technicians; the difference is how far each point is taken. Warranty follows the tier: 30-day parts-and-labor on Cleaned & Serviced, 90-day on Remanufactured.
How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
Can you install it, not just deliver it?
For commercial jobs, yes — our sister company Fit Supply's install teams handle that nationally. Ask when you request your quote and we'll get you connected.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available for qualified purchases on larger orders. Ask about it when you request your quote so it can factor into which condition tier and how much equipment you go with.
Is there a price break for buying in bulk?
Yes, especially for equipment purchased as-is with no service work — large commercial and dealer orders taken as-is get the deepest pricing breaks. Ask about volume pricing when you request a quote.
