Discount Online Fitness has bought, serviced, and resold commercial gym equipment since 2012, working nationwide from our DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.

Coverage by tier, in plain terms
As-Is equipment sells with no warranty — that's what the price reflects, and it's the right buy for a dealer or a solid-metal piece with nothing to fail. Remanufactured units include a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Cleaned & Serviced units include a 30-day parts and labor warranty. Every quote states the coverage on it before you sign — the tier line and the warranty line sit next to each other on the same page.
Extended coverage on used equipment is real
Beyond the included tier coverage, third-party extended plans (parts and labor, priced by the equipment's value band, typically 12 months and up) can be added to Cleaned & Serviced and Remanufactured purchases at the time of sale. Commercial buyers use these constantly — a recent full-floor buyer added twelve months of parts-and-labor coverage across all six of their cardio machines. If the machine will live somewhere a breakdown is expensive — a hotel, an amenity space, a staffed club — ask us to price the extension into the quote.

Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
What's the difference between Cleaned & Serviced and Remanufactured?
Cleaned & Serviced means the machine is deep-cleaned and its moving and wear components are inspected, lubricated, or replaced as needed. Cosmetic condition is not addressed — no repainting or touch-up is included, so expect honest blemishes, wear, and scratches. Remanufactured means the machine is repainted, worn components are replaced with new parts, and it is made mechanically sound — our highest condition standard, though still pre-owned equipment. Warranty follows the tier: 30-day parts-and-labor on Cleaned & Serviced, 90-day on Remanufactured.
