Delivery & Installation
Freight-quoted delivery for heavy, pre-assembled equipment.
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order rather than buried in a flat rate — tell us your delivery ZIP and we'll get you a real delivered price. Discount Online Fitness has bought, serviced, and resold commercial gym equipment since 2012, working nationwide from our DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.
A home delivery (driveway access, garage door width, stairs) and a commercial delivery (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) are different jobs quoted differently — tell us which one this is when you request a quote. Want it installed, not just dropped at the curb? Our sister company Fit Supply's install teams handle that nationally for commercial jobs.
How it works
Getting delivery & installation done
Tell us the delivery type
Home (driveway, garage door, stairs) or commercial (dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — they're quoted differently.
We quote real freight to your ZIP
Not a flat estimate — a delivered price against your actual location.
Want it installed, not just dropped off?
Fit Supply's install teams handle commercial installation nationally — ask when you request your quote.
What a real install day looks like
Before a truck rolls, a site survey confirms the path: door widths, stair flights, elevator dimensions, where the truck can park, and whether treadmills have their dedicated 20-amp circuits in place (a 110V commercial treadmill needs its own NEMA 5-20R outlet — it's on our pre-install checklist for a reason). On the day, the crew places, levels and tests each machine where it will live, and if old equipment is coming out, extraction happens on the same visit so the floor is never half-finished. The photo above is one of ours: a completed treadmill row, delivered and installed by the same group.
Curbside is the default; inside delivery and install are real add-ons
The listed freight quote covers curbside delivery — heavy, pre-assembled commercial machines brought to your address. Inside placement, stair carries, and full installation are real services with real costs, priced by what your building actually requires, and available in the service areas our crews cover. We'd rather quote that honestly up front than surprise you at the curb with a treadmill on a pallet. Buying freight insurance and inspecting for carrier damage at delivery are part of that same conversation — our terms spell out how freight claims work.
In short
Delivery is quoted per order against your real ZIP and delivery type (home vs. commercial), not a flat estimate. Installation for commercial jobs routes through sister company Fit Supply's national install teams.

Frequently asked questions
How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
Can you install it, not just deliver it?
For commercial jobs, yes — our sister company Fit Supply's install teams handle that nationally. Ask when you request your quote and we'll get you connected.
How fast can equipment ship once I order?
It depends on the specific machine, the condition tier, and freight to your location — your quote will include a real delivery estimate, not a generic lead time.
