The CS1500 is a kneeling core-training machine that guides the knees along a curved steel track, blending the motion of a crunch with that of a hanging leg raise. Users can stay centered to work the upper and lower abdominals or rotate side to side to bias the obliques, while the fixed track path limits momentum and keeps the spine supported. Resistance starts at bodyweight and increases by loading weight plates onto the carriage, so intensity scales with the user. All-steel construction, stainless-steel rails, and nylon roller bearings support frequent use, and transport wheels make repositioning easy — suited to personal-training studios and other light-commercial floors rather than heavy-duty strength circuits.

How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Inspect it and note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, before you sign — freight carriers enforce strict damage-claim policies, not ours, and damage not noted at delivery may become your responsibility. Freight insurance is available for purchase as an add-on if you want extra protection.
Who services the equipment after I buy it?
Our sister company On Site Fitness Service runs dedicated repair and preventive-maintenance programs. Ask about a service plan when you request your quote, especially for a space nobody is watching day to day.
Can you install it, not just deliver it?

Can I visit the warehouse and shop in person?
Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
