Inspect it and note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, before you sign — freight carriers enforce strict damage-claim policies, not ours, and damage not noted at delivery may become your responsibility. We'll repair it. If we can't, we'll replace it with equipment of similar quality or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. Because this is used equipment — more like a used car than a factory product — an identical replacement may not exist, and a comparable one isn't guaranteed to match the original exactly.

It depends on the tradeoff you care about: Cleaned & Serviced if function per dollar matters most — it arrives mechanically serviced but keeps its cosmetic wear, since touch-up isn't included in that tier. Remanufactured if appearance matters too — repainted, worn parts replaced with new, made mechanically sound. Tell us the use case when you request a quote and we'll recommend one rather than leave it to guesswork.
