Product Description
This 45-degree back extension bench is a stationary strength station built around a hip-hinge movement that targets the lower back erectors, glutes, and hamstrings. A tripod base keeps the footprint compact while bolt-down holes anchor it for repeated heavy use. Split, adjustable hip pads let users dial in position for different heights and thigh lengths, and a textured, heel-guided foot platform keeps footing secure through the full range of the extension. Padding is vinyl over thick foam for support during longer holds. Resistance comes from bodyweight alone, with the option to hold a plate or dumbbell across the chest for added load.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. Tell us the make, model, and condition of what you're trading when you request a quote — value is confirmed once we've seen or received the equipment, and it can be applied toward your purchase.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Inspect it and note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, before you sign — freight carriers enforce strict damage-claim policies, not ours, and damage not noted at delivery may become your responsibility. Freight insurance is available for purchase as an add-on if you want extra protection.
Can I visit the warehouse and shop in person?
Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
What happens if my equipment needs a warranty repair?
We'll repair it. If we can't, we'll replace it with equipment of similar quality or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. Because this is used equipment — more like a used car than a factory product — an identical replacement may not exist, and a comparable one isn't guaranteed to match the original exactly.
Is there a minimum order?
