Product Description
This Freemotion FID bench moves through flat, incline, and decline positions on one frame, covering the standard range of barbell and dumbbell pressing angles without needing separate benches. Foot rollers built into the base anchor the feet during sit-ups and other ab work, extending its use beyond pressing movements, and the bench sits on wheels so it can roll between a free-weight area and open floor space used for group training or HIIT-style circuits. Padding is dense foam under vinyl upholstery, and the frame uses Freemotion's heavier-gauge commercial steel construction throughout.
- Flat, incline, and decline positions on one frame
- Foot rollers for anchored ab and core work
- Wheels for moving between stations or open floor space

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I visit the warehouse and shop in person?
Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
Who services the equipment after I buy it?
Our sister company On Site Fitness Service runs dedicated repair and preventive-maintenance programs. Ask about a service plan when you request your quote, especially for a space nobody is watching day to day.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. We don't accept cryptocurrency.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?
Inspect it and note any damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, before you sign — freight carriers enforce strict damage-claim policies, not ours, and damage not noted at delivery may become your responsibility. Freight insurance is available for purchase as an add-on if you want extra protection.
Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Which condition tier should I choose?
It depends on the tradeoff you care about: Cleaned & Serviced if function per dollar matters most — it arrives mechanically serviced but keeps its cosmetic wear, since touch-up isn't included in that tier. Remanufactured if appearance matters too — repainted, worn parts replaced with new, made mechanically sound. Tell us the use case when you request a quote and we'll recommend one rather than leave it to guesswork.
