The Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Abdominal/Oblique Crunch is a plate-loaded core machine built around a swivel seat that rotates through the crunch, adding oblique and rotational work to a standard forward crunch. Over-shoulder grips anchor the upper body so resistance loads the abdominal wall directly rather than relying on momentum, and Hammer Strength's Iso-Lateral design lets each side move independently or together. Being plate-loaded, resistance is set with standard weight plates rather than a fixed stack, and the frame follows Hammer Strength's usual heavy-gauge steel commercial construction.

Does picking it up myself affect the warranty?
Yes — equipment you pick up from our warehouse yourself carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. Who services the equipment after I buy it?
Our sister company On Site Fitness Service runs dedicated repair and preventive-maintenance programs. Ask about a service plan when you request your quote, especially for a space nobody is watching day to day.
Is there a minimum order?

Is delivery curbside, or do you bring it inside?
Standard delivery is curbside. Inside or white-glove delivery is sometimes available depending on your service area, for an added cost — ask when you request your quote whether it's offered where you are.
Which condition tier should I choose?
It depends on the tradeoff you care about: Cleaned & Serviced if function per dollar matters most — it arrives mechanically serviced but keeps its cosmetic wear, since touch-up isn't included in that tier. Remanufactured if appearance matters too — repainted, worn parts replaced with new, made mechanically sound.
