Product Description
The Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded Seated/Standing Shrug is a plate-loaded machine dedicated to one movement: the shrug. Users load weight plates directly onto the machine's posts rather than selecting a weight-stack pin, and can train the movement either seated, for a stricter, more isolated trap contraction, or standing, which brings more of the posterior chain into the lift. Side handles are positioned to match the body's natural shrugging path, and the only adjustment is the seat height needed to line up with those handles — a deliberately simple design with nothing extra to set up. The frame is 11-gauge steel with an electrostatic powder-coat finish, matching the commercial-duty build of the rest of Hammer Strength's plate-loaded line.
