Product Description
A flat/incline/decline (FID) bench designed to cover three bench angles in one adjustable frame instead of needing separate flat and incline stations. The backrest adjusts through seven positions spanning roughly -15° to 80°, covering decline through a full range of incline angles for presses, flyes, and rows, while the seat pan adjusts independently across five gas-assisted heights to match. Self-aligning roller pads anchor the legs during decline work, and integrated transport wheels let the bench be repositioned around a free-weight area without a second person.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. We don't accept cryptocurrency.
Which condition tier should I choose?
It depends on the tradeoff you care about: Cleaned & Serviced if function per dollar matters most — it arrives mechanically serviced but keeps its cosmetic wear, since touch-up isn't included in that tier. Remanufactured if appearance matters too — repainted, worn parts replaced with new, made mechanically sound. Tell us the use case when you request a quote and we'll recommend one rather than leave it to guesswork.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for a standard quote. Our Dealer Program is built specifically for volume buyers — gyms, resellers and facilities buying multiple units get a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals.
What happens if my equipment needs a warranty repair?
We'll repair it. If we can't, we'll replace it with equipment of similar quality or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. Because this is used equipment — more like a used car than a factory product — an identical replacement may not exist, and a comparable one isn't guaranteed to match the original exactly.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. Tell us the make, model, and condition of what you're trading when you request a quote — value is confirmed once we've seen or received the equipment, and it can be applied toward your purchase.
