The Life Fitness Signature Series Dual Adjustable Pulley is a two-tower cable functional trainer built around free-moving cable arms rather than a single fixed path. Each side adjusts through 22 height positions with roughly twelve feet of cable travel, covering floor-level work through overhead pulling and pressing on one frame. Life Fitness's Cable Motion Technology lets resistance follow whatever path the user's body traces, which suits rotational and sport-specific training as well as standard strength work. It typically ships with attachments — handles, straps, rope, bar, and ankle strap — covering most common cable exercises.
