The Matrix C3X Climbmill is a revolving-stair stepmill — steps cycle continuously under the user rather than pedals or a belt — closely mimicking climbing a real staircase at a sustained pace. It offers 25 resistance levels and a 10-inch step depth, with an LED console tracking floors climbed, pace, watts, calories, and heart rate, plus programs like intervals, rolling hills, and a fitness test. The drive is self-generating, so the machine needs no dedicated power outlet, and the platform carries a 400-pound user weight rating.

Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
Does picking it up myself affect the warranty?
Yes — equipment you pick up from our warehouse yourself carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. By taking pickup you're confirming you inspected it and accepted it in its current condition. Warranty coverage applies only to equipment we deliver. See our Terms and Conditions for the full policy.
Will I receive the exact unit shown in the photo?
Usually not — most listings show a representative photo of that model and condition tier, since we may have several of the same unit in stock and only one gets photographed. Some listings do show the actual unit, especially lower-availability items; ask if you need to confirm before you buy.
Can I sell my equipment to you outright, or on consignment, instead of trading it in?
Yes to both — we buy equipment outright for cash, and also work on consignment. That's separate from a trade-in credited toward a purchase; ask when you contact us which option fits what you're after.
Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
What if the model I want isn't currently listed?
