Product Description
The 932i is a commercial treadmill from Precor's Experience Series, built with an AC drive motor designed for continuous, high-usage duty rather than home-gym cycling. The deck uses a cushioning system designed to absorb impact and ease stress on the joints compared with a rigid running surface, while still keeping the belt feeling stable and controlled underfoot. The console uses a tactile keypad with a quick-start button and a set of built-in workout profiles, including interval, weight-loss, and heart-rate-controlled modes. Heart rate reads through handlebar contact sensors or a wireless telemetry chest strap, and the electronics are designed to link with facility entertainment or management systems.

How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
Can I visit the warehouse and shop in person?
Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
Does picking it up myself affect the warranty?
Yes — equipment you pick up from our warehouse yourself carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. By taking pickup you're confirming you inspected it and accepted it in its current condition. Warranty coverage applies only to equipment we deliver. See our Terms and Conditions for the full policy.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for a standard quote. Our Dealer Program is built specifically for volume buyers — gyms, resellers and facilities buying multiple units get a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals.
Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Does the manufacturer's original warranty carry over?
Rarely, though it's possible on equipment under about five years old — manufacturer terms are also affected by where it's installed and how it's used. We separately offer extended and additional warranty coverage for purchase if you want more protection.
