Product Description
The Icarian Olympic Flat Bench pairs a padded flat bench with two integrated vertical posts and bar catches, so a loaded Olympic barbell racks directly over the bench instead of requiring a separate power rack — a simple setup for barbell pressing that targets the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The frame uses Precor's 2-inch by 4-inch bent-steel construction on a single-post tripod base, keeping the area underneath open for a lifter's feet and for dumbbells to pass through. Multiple bar-catch height positions suit different lifter statures, and the layout leaves clearance for a spotter.

Our sister company On Site Fitness Service runs dedicated repair and preventive-maintenance programs. Ask about a service plan when you request your quote, especially for a space nobody is watching day to day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We sell worldwide, but international orders are picked up by your own freight carrier from our dock — we don't arrange international freight ourselves. Domestic U.S. orders ship with freight we arrange.
How fast can equipment ship once I order?
It depends on the specific machine, the condition tier, and freight to your location — your quote will include a real delivery estimate, not a generic lead time.
Do you ship gym equipment nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states from our DFW Airport, Texas warehouse. Every order is quoted as a real delivered price against your ZIP code, with commercial freight we arrange ourselves. Local pickup at the warehouse is also welcome if you'd rather come to us.
Is there a minimum order?
