Product Description
The Vitality Series Abdominal/Back Extension combines two core exercises into one station: a seated abdominal crunch and a back extension, working the abdominals, obliques, and lower-back erector muscles without needing two separate benches. Padded, adjustable shoulder straps hold the user in position for the crunch, while multiple foot platforms and two back-extension start positions accommodate different body sizes. Resistance comes from a weight stack, adjusted with a lever rather than swapped plates. The frame is fully welded steel with a powder-coated finish, suited to steady use on a commercial gym floor or a well-equipped home gym.
