Product Description
The True RC400 is a commercial recumbent bike built around a step-through frame, so a rider gets on and off without swinging a leg over a top tube — useful in clubs serving older or larger members. Resistance comes from a self-generating brake paired with a belt-driven dual-stage drive, and the seat reclines and slides on a track to fit a wide range of user heights. The LCD console runs a set of built-in programs and reads heart rate through both a contact grip and a wireless chest strap.

Yes — equipment you pick up from our warehouse yourself carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
Do you ship gym equipment nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states from our DFW Airport, Texas warehouse. Every order is quoted as a real delivered price against your ZIP code, with commercial freight we arrange ourselves. Local pickup at the warehouse is also welcome if you'd rather come to us.
Can you install it, not just deliver it?
