TuffStuff's Evolution rack uses a tray-style design rather than fixed saddles, so each tier can hold standard hex dumbbells at an angle or flip flat to hold kettlebells and medicine balls instead. This three-tier version adds a top tray to the standard two-tier base, roughly doubling the storage a single-footprint rack can hold without extending its width. It's built as part of TuffStuff's light-commercial Evolution series, aimed at facilities like hotels, apartment fitness centers, corporate wellness rooms, and training studios that need durable, gym-grade storage without the scale of a full commercial club. The steel frame and tray design are meant to take daily loading and unloading without loosening or denting.

Rarely, though it's possible on equipment under about five years old — manufacturer terms are also affected by where it's installed and how it's used. We separately offer extended and additional warranty coverage for purchase if you want more protection.
Do you sell new equipment, or only pre-owned?
Both. Pre-owned is our focus and where the value is, but we sell new equipment when it makes sense — when it fits the budget better, when a specific piece isn't in used inventory, or to fill the gap in a package or circuit so the floor ships complete. We're also the exclusive gym80 dealer for Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Colorado — a German commercial strength line we sell new. One quote can mix new and pre-owned.
Do you ship gym equipment nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states from our DFW Airport, Texas warehouse. Every order is quoted as a real delivered price against your ZIP code, with commercial freight we arrange ourselves. Local pickup at the warehouse is also welcome if you'd rather come to us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We sell worldwide, but international orders are picked up by your own freight carrier from our dock — we don't arrange international freight ourselves. Domestic U.S. orders ship with freight we arrange.
Can I visit the warehouse and shop in person?
Yes — the warehouse at DFW Airport is open to the public, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm CST, with weekend visits by appointment. Walk the floor, put your hands on the exact machines you found online, and get honest answers in person. Retail buyers are welcome, not just facilities — plenty of garage gyms and luxury home gyms start with a warehouse visit.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available for qualified purchases on larger orders. Ask about it when you request your quote so it can factor into which condition tier and how much equipment you go with.
