Set a time with us, come to the warehouse at DFW Airport, inspect the machine in person, and take it. It costs nothing, it can happen fast, and it is the one option nobody outside Dallas–Fort Worth really has. Bring the right vehicle for what you are buying — commercial machines are heavier than they look, so tell us what you are driving when you set the time.
The warranty rule that changes the math
Straight from our terms of sale: equipment you pick up yourself is taken as-inspected and carries no warranty, regardless of condition tier. By loading it, you are confirming you inspected it and accepted it as it stands — because once it rides an unknown trailer with unknown straps, we cannot stand behind what arrives at the other end. Delivered equipment keeps the full tier warranty: 30 days parts and labor on Cleaned & Serviced, 90 on Remanufactured. For most machine purchases, that coverage is worth more than the freight costs.
How delivery works across Texas
Metroplex deliveries are local truck runs that schedule in days. The rest of Texas is a single freight leg — I-45 to Houston, I-35 to Austin and San Antonio, I-20 west — quoted as one fixed delivered price against your ZIP and access details, standard curbside with liftgate available, never a flat guess. Inspect the machine at the truck and note anything with the carrier before signing. Commercial installs can add professional placement by the same crews behind our Texas case studies.
So which way should you buy?
Pickup wins when you are DFW-local with the right vehicle, buying as-is pieces, free weights, or budget equipment where the warranty was never the point — or when you simply want it today. Delivery wins when the warranty matters (which is most machine purchases), when the machine is heavy and pre-assembled, when you want installation, or when you are anywhere outside the Metroplex. Plenty of orders mix both: pick up the plates and benches, have the treadmills delivered under warranty.
