An amenity board members have to justify

HOA & Property Management

Community fitness rooms for HOAs and property managers

HOA fitness rooms are amenities, not profit centers — the board wants equipment residents will use without a fight over the capital budget. Since 2012, Discount Online Fitness has outfitted spaces like these nationwide from its DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.

A single-property HOA and a management company buying across several communities are really the same buyer at different scale — the management-company version is exactly what the Dealer Program is for: one live inventory list, quoted straight from it, instead of re-shopping from scratch at every property.

The scope

What we handle for HOA & Property Management

Equipment consultation

Recommendations sized to what a board can approve without a capital-budget fight — real equipment, not the newest equipment.

Procurement

Individual community purchases or, for a management company buying across sites, Dealer Program pricing and a live inventory list.

Delivery

Delivery scoped to community-property access, freight-quoted per site.

Warranty

Warranty coverage that gives a board a defensible answer if a resident asks about equipment condition.

How we handle it

How we plan for HOA & Property Management

Board approval is a real constraint

We keep recommendations inside what a volunteer board can reasonably approve without turning it into a capital-budget debate — that's a real factor in the equipment list, not just a nice-to-have.

Scale changes the buying path

A property management company buying across several communities gets the same Dealer Program treatment as any other volume buyer — one inventory list, one quote process, not a fresh negotiation per property.

In short

HOAs and property management companies, from single communities to multi-site portfolios, are a regular part of DOF's business. A management company buying across communities gets Dealer Program pricing and a single live inventory list, the same as any other volume buyer.

HOAs and property management companies, single-site and multi-site, buy through DOF regularly.

Frequently asked questions

How does dealer/wholesale pricing work?

Request access to the Dealer Program and you'll get volume pricing plus a downloadable current-inventory list. It's the same program gyms, resellers and facilities already use to buy in quantity.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for a standard quote. Our Dealer Program is built specifically for volume buyers — gyms, resellers and facilities buying multiple units get a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals.

How is delivery priced?

This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.

Do I get a warranty on used equipment?

It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
