Finished apartment amenity gym installed by our team

An amenity, not a training floor

Multifamily & Apartment Gyms

Fitness centers for apartment and condo communities

A multifamily amenity gym has to look good and survive resident use on a property budget — a real fit for pre-owned equipment from brands residents already recognize. Since 2012, Discount Online Fitness has outfitted spaces like these nationwide from its DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.

Fit Supply, our sister company, designs and installs these rooms nationwide for owners, developers and management companies building or renovating an amenity floor from scratch. DOF supplies the pre-owned equipment side of the same market for a property that just needs to replace or add machines without a full redesign.

The scope

What we handle for Multifamily & Apartment Gyms

Procurement

Real, recognizable-brand equipment at a price a property budget can actually clear, sourced individually or across a portfolio.

Delivery & installation

Delivery scoped to residential-property access — loading access, elevator size, unit clearance — not assumed to be a commercial dock; installation for a larger job routes through Fit Supply.

Layout

For a full amenity-room redesign rather than a replacement, Fit Supply's design team handles that; DOF steps in for the equipment itself.

Procurement at scale

Property management companies buying across multiple communities work through the Dealer Program the same way any volume buyer does.

How we handle it

How we plan for Multifamily & Apartment Gyms

Replacement vs. redesign is the first question

Swapping out a few worn machines and redesigning a whole amenity floor are different jobs — the first is a straightforward DOF quote, the second is a Fit Supply design conversation. We'll tell you honestly which one you're actually facing.

Delivery respects residential-property constraints

Loading access, elevator dimensions, and unit clearance get asked about before quoting — a multifamily delivery is not a commercial loading-dock job by default.

In short

Property owners, developers and management companies buy directly through DOF on a regular basis. A straightforward equipment replacement is a DOF quote; a full amenity-room redesign routes to sister company Fit Supply's design team — we'll tell you honestly which one applies.

A regular direct-buy segment for DOF, from single properties to multi-site portfolios.

Frequently asked questions

How is delivery priced?

This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.

Can you install it, not just deliver it?

For commercial jobs, yes — our sister company Fit Supply's install teams handle that nationally. Ask when you request your quote and we'll get you connected.

How does dealer/wholesale pricing work?

Request access to the Dealer Program and you'll get volume pricing plus a downloadable current-inventory list. It's the same program gyms, resellers and facilities already use to buy in quantity.

What if the model I want isn't currently listed?

Ask us to source it. If it's not in current listings we can go find it, the same way we do for Dealer Program buyers hunting a specific brand or model.

Ready for a real quote?

Tell us what you're outfitting and we'll get back to you with real, in-stock options.
