One lump sum, not a budget line
YMCAs & Non-Profits
Fitness equipment for YMCAs, churches and community organizations
Non-profits stretch a donor or grant-funded budget further with pre-owned equipment than a capital campaign for new gear ever could — the same commercial-grade machines, at a price a community organization can actually justify. Since 2012, Discount Online Fitness has outfitted spaces like these nationwide from its DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.
Grant and donor funding usually arrives as one lump sum rather than a recurring budget line, which makes the total delivered price — equipment plus real freight, not an estimate — the number that actually matters for planning a purchase.
The scope
What we handle for YMCAs & Non-Profits
Equipment consultation
Real commercial-grade equipment recommendations sized to a donor or grant budget, not a wish list.
Procurement
Sourcing to a specific total budget, with each piece and its condition tier identified for board or donor reporting.
Delivery
A real delivered price — equipment plus freight — quoted upfront, since a lump-sum grant doesn't have room for a surprise later.
Warranty
Coverage terms that give a non-profit board a defensible answer on equipment condition and cost of ownership.
How we handle it
How we plan for YMCAs & Non-Profits
Total delivered price is quoted upfront, not built up later
Because grant and donor funding usually arrives as one number to plan against, we quote equipment plus real freight together from the start rather than adding delivery as a second, unplanned cost.
Documentation supports donor and board reporting
Condition tier and warranty terms are stated clearly on the quote, the same discipline used for municipal buyers who need to justify a purchase to a board.
In short
YMCAs, church and faith-based organizations, and nonprofit associations buy through DOF specifically because pre-owned stretches a lump-sum grant or donor budget further than a new-equipment campaign. The full delivered price — equipment plus real freight — is quoted upfront so a one-time budget doesn't get a surprise later.
YMCAs, church and faith-based organizations, and nonprofit associations across the account base.

Frequently asked questions
How is delivery priced?
This equipment is heavy and ships pre-assembled, so freight is quoted per order against your real delivery ZIP rather than a flat estimate. Tell us whether it's a home delivery (driveway, garage door, stairs) or a commercial one (loading dock, elevator, freight-hours access) — the two are quoted differently.
What's the difference between Cleaned & Serviced and Remanufactured?
Cleaned & Serviced means the machine is deep-cleaned and its moving and wear components are inspected, lubricated, or replaced as needed. Cosmetic condition is not addressed — no repainting or touch-up is included, so expect honest blemishes, wear, and scratches. Remanufactured means the machine is repainted, worn components are replaced with new parts, and it is made mechanically sound — our highest condition standard, though still pre-owned equipment. Warranty follows the tier: 30-day parts-and-labor on Cleaned & Serviced, 90-day on Remanufactured.
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available for qualified purchases on larger orders. Ask about it when you request your quote so it can factor into which condition tier and how much equipment you go with.
