Throughput, not just equipment
Health Clubs & Gyms
Independent gyms, personal training studios, boutique and big-box clubs
From a single-location personal training studio to a big-box floor, health clubs buy the bulk of DOF's commercial cardio and strength lineup — the same Precor, Life Fitness, Cybex and Matrix equipment gyms already run, at a pre-owned price. Since 2012, Discount Online Fitness has outfitted spaces like these nationwide from its DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.
A gym replacing or expanding a floor rarely wants one machine — it wants a matched run of the same model, or a fast way to fill several stations at once. Big-box clubs, independent gyms, boutique studios and personal-training spaces all buy differently: a big-box floor needs duplicate cardio banks, a boutique studio needs one or two dense pieces, a PT studio needs versatility per square foot.

Commercial floors outfitted by our install crews — full cardio rows, functional rigs and strength lines.

What we handle for Health Clubs & Gyms
Layout & consultation
Real inventory matched to your actual member load and budget, including which condition tier makes sense for daily member-facing use — not just whatever is cheapest.
Procurement
The Dealer Program is built for exactly this: a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals before they're listed publicly.
Delivery & installation
Freight quoted to your real dock access, with commercial install available through our sister company Fit Supply.
Service & warranty
A gym floor takes daily use — both condition tiers carry warranty coverage, and On Site Fitness Service is available for ongoing maintenance after purchase.

How we plan for Health Clubs & Gyms
Volume changes the sourcing path
A single-machine swap is a normal quote; a multi-station refresh is a Dealer Program conversation — a live inventory feed and dealer pricing so you're not re-shopping from scratch as new stock arrives.
Condition tier is a durability call, not a cosmetic one
A floor under daily member use wears differently than a personal-training studio with lighter, supervised use — we factor that into which tier we recommend, not just price.
In short
Health clubs and gyms are DOF's second-largest segment — independent gyms, personal-training studios, boutique studios and big-box clubs, combined. The Dealer Program exists specifically for the volume and matched-model buying pattern this segment needs, and condition-tier recommendations account for daily member-facing wear, not just sticker price.
DOF's #2 customer segment — independent gyms, personal-training studios, boutique and big-box clubs combined.

Frequently asked questions
How does dealer/wholesale pricing work?
Request access to the Dealer Program and you'll get volume pricing plus a downloadable current-inventory list. It's the same program gyms, resellers and facilities already use to buy in quantity.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for a standard quote. Our Dealer Program is built specifically for volume buyers — gyms, resellers and facilities buying multiple units get a live inventory list to quote from directly, plus first look at new arrivals.
Which condition tier should I choose?
It depends on the tradeoff you care about: Cleaned & Serviced if function per dollar matters most — it arrives mechanically serviced but keeps its cosmetic wear, since touch-up isn't included in that tier. Remanufactured if appearance matters too — repainted, worn parts replaced with new, made mechanically sound. Tell us the use case when you request a quote and we'll recommend one rather than leave it to guesswork.
Can you install it, not just deliver it?
For commercial jobs, yes — our sister company Fit Supply's install teams handle that nationally. Ask when you request your quote and we'll get you connected.
Who services the equipment after I buy it?
Our sister company On Site Fitness Service runs dedicated repair and preventive-maintenance programs. Ask about a service plan when you request your quote, especially for a space nobody is watching day to day.
