Public money, line-by-line
Municipal, Fire & Police
Fitness equipment for fire stations, police departments and rec centers
Fire and police departments equip stations on public budgets, and city rec centers serve the whole community — both buy pre-owned commercial equipment specifically because it's public money and the case for new is a hard one to make. Since 2012, Discount Online Fitness has outfitted spaces like these nationwide from its DFW Airport, Texas warehouse.
A public-budget purchase usually has to be justified line by line to a board or council, and "why not new" is the question a pre-owned quote has to answer well. Real inspection and service documentation, plus a clearly stated condition tier, do that job.

The scope
What we handle for Municipal, Fire & Police
Equipment consultation
Recommendations backed by real condition documentation — inspected, cleaned, serviced — that hold up to public-budget scrutiny.
Procurement
Sourcing to a specific budget line, with each piece of equipment and its condition tier identified clearly for board review.
Finance
Financing worth asking about for a larger station or rec-center order that needs to spread across a budget cycle rather than one lump purchase.
Delivery
Freight-quoted delivery to a station or rec center, scoped to real access rather than a generic estimate.

Documentation is part of the product here
A public purchase has to survive line-item review, so we make sure the condition tier and what it covers are clearly stated on the quote — that's the difference between a defensible purchase and a hard-to-explain one.
Budget-cycle timing shapes the order
Financing and phased ordering come up more here than almost anywhere else, since a station or rec-center order often has to fit a specific fiscal-year budget rather than being one open-ended purchase.
In short
Fire and police departments, plus city and county accounts, buy pre-owned specifically because public money has to justify the "why not new" question. Clear condition-tier documentation and financing options both matter more here than in most other segments.
A recurring public-sector segment: fire and police departments, cities and counties.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer financing?
Financing is available for qualified purchases on larger orders. Ask about it when you request your quote so it can factor into which condition tier and how much equipment you go with.
What's the difference between Cleaned & Serviced and Remanufactured?
Cleaned & Serviced means the machine is deep-cleaned and its moving and wear components are inspected, lubricated, or replaced as needed. Cosmetic condition is not addressed — no repainting or touch-up is included, so expect honest blemishes, wear, and scratches. Remanufactured means the machine is repainted, worn components are replaced with new parts, and it is made mechanically sound — our highest condition standard, though still pre-owned equipment. Warranty follows the tier: 30-day parts-and-labor on Cleaned & Serviced, 90-day on Remanufactured.
Do I get a warranty on used equipment?
It depends on the condition tier. As-Is equipment carries no warranty and is sold at its stated condition. Cleaned & Serviced includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Remanufactured includes a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
How fast can equipment ship once I order?
It depends on the specific machine, the condition tier, and freight to your location — your quote will include a real delivery estimate, not a generic lead time.
